About The Role

1、牵头健康产业投资并购项目，负责项目全流程操作，包括项目开发、组织开展尽职调查、项目立项、项目可研分析、估值建模、交易结构设计、谈判、报告撰写和汇报、审批等环节；
2、领导交办的其他工作。
1.硕士研究生及以上学历，会计、财务管理、工商管理、金融专业，中共党员优先；
2.有注册会计师证书优先；
3.具有较强的文字能力及协调沟通能力。
