About The Role

  • 1.负责整理品质标准、流程等资料并归档维护；配合品质管理体系落地的基础辅助工作；
  • 2.配合完成品质巡检/专项检查的前期准备、现场记录；协助整理检查结果并录入系统；
  • 3.协助下发整改通知、跟踪整改进度并记录；收集整改佐证资料，辅助完成闭环管理；
  • 4.开展客户满意度调查基础工作，整理分析素材；辅助对接客户投诉并做好信息记录 ；
  • 5.准备培训资料、参与现场协调与记录；配合开展品质文化宣传基础工作；
  • 6.领导安排的其他工作。
  • 1.硕士研究生及以上学历，经管类（物业管理、项目管理、工商管理、供应链管理等）相关专业；中共党员优先；
  • 2.有物业现场实习经验、医院实习经验优先；
  • 3.能独立接待业主咨询、处理投诉，具备情绪控制与冲突化解能力、‌执行力与抗压韧性‌、快速响应上级指令。
