  • 2.负责病种成本核算与管控、管理路径督导；
  • 3.负责病种运营数据分析、DRG病组结构优化指导；

  • 1.硕士研究生及以上学历，公共卫生、临床医学、药学等相关专业；中共党员优先；
  • 2.具备扎实的数据分析与建模能力，熟悉医院运营管理逻辑，有较强的逻辑思维、文字表达和跨部门沟通协调能力；
  • 3.有SPSS/Python等数据分析工具使用经验者优先。
