About The Role
- 1.协助落实医养项目护理管理；
- 2.执行医养结合服务标准及管理制度；
- 3.开展长者照护服务、质量、安全督查，以及运营实操与指导；
- 4.配合项目运营落地，优化医养结合服务体系;
- 5.领导安排的其他相关工作。
- 1.硕士研究生及以上学历，临床护理学、临床医学、医学相关专业；
- 2.有半年以上医院临床实习经验；
- 3.能吃苦耐劳，医疗专业基础扎实，认同医养结合发展理念，愿意投身医养事业，具备较好沟通协调能力，可接受异地驻场、出差。
