About The Role
- 1.海关合规管理：主导公司进出口业务的海关合规体系搭建与持续优化，确保所有进出口活动符合国家法律法规及海关监管要求；
- 2.关务流程优化：识别并优化关务操作流程，提升通关效率，降低物流成本，支撑业务快速交付；
- 3.风险管控：识别进出口业务中的合规风险，制定并执行风险应对措施，定期开展内部审核与外部迎检；
- 4.团队协作：协同采购、物流、财务等部门，确保贸易条款、报关单据等准确无误，保障供应链顺畅；
- 5.政策跟踪：跟踪国内外贸易政策、关税变化，及时调整关务策略，为公司决策提供合规建议。
- 1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、法律等相关专业，具备海关法规及国际贸易实务知识；
- 2.专业技能与资格：能使用主流海关系统完成进出口申报操作，持有报关员资格证书或注册会计师资格者优先；
- 3.行业与专业经验：具有5年以上关务管理经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验，有半导体或高科技制造企业工作背景；
- 4.项目/任务成果：主导完成过至少2项关务流程优化或合规体系建设项目，实现通关时效提升或合规风险降低；
- 5.其他要求：具有跨部门沟通与协调能力，能在快速变化的外部环境中推动关务策略落地。
