About The Role

  • 1.负责对公司合同进行法律审核；
  • 2.负责制定和优化公司的合同管理及相关制度；
  • 3.向各部门及口岸宣贯最新制定或修订的合同管理相关制度，监督、检查各部门、各分支机构合同的签订、履行及管理情况；
  • 4.负责对法律案件及日常货损索赔、纠纷等进行处理和跟进；
  • 5.负责收集公司业务相关的法律、法规等各类资料，为公司总部及各分支机构提供法律咨询；
  • 6.负责拟制或协助修改保函文本，并更新和维护公司常用保函清单。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，具有海商法专业背景，持司法考试证者优先；
  • 2.具有良好的沟通能力和较强的文字撰写能力；
  • 3.通过英语CET-6考试，具备良好的英语读写能力，可独立查阅涉外法律文件，能完成基础英文法律资料的审核，持有英语专业8级证书者优先；
  • 4.具有较强的逻辑思维和分析判断能力；
  • 5.具有较强的数据处理能力和办公软件使用能力（EXCEL、PPT等）；
  • 6.具有较强的团队合作意识。
