About The Role

  • 1.负责审核航线账单，包括运费收入账单，及装卸费、港口使费、代理费、操作费、支线费等成本账单；
  • 2.负责与合作方、支线代理等进行对账并发起开票及结算申请；
  • 3.负责账单审核与对账过程中的问题处理；
  • 4.负责推进账单审核与对账业务智能化建设，包括相关流程与需求梳理、系统功能测试及上线等工作；
  • 5.负责航次经营预估制作。
  • 1.大学本科及以上学历；航运管理、物流管理、国际商务、国际贸易等相关专业优先；
  • 2.具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练阅读英语商务合同及往来函件，具备英语邮件撰写和业务沟通能力；
  • 3.具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能够有效对接内外部合作方，妥善处理对账差异与争议；
  • 4.具备较强的问题解决能力和应变能力，能够在审核与对账过程中主动发现问题、分析原因并提出改进建议；
  • 5.能够熟练使用数字化工具进行数据处理与统计分析，具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力；
  • 6.在校期间有航运企业、货代公司或财务结算相关实习经验者优先。
