About The Role

  • 1.参与上海口岸中转进出口货物的全流程日常操作与动态跟踪，确保各环节顺畅推进；
  • 2.及时响应并处理操作过程中出现的突发异常情况，做好与口岸、客户等多方的沟通协调与闭环跟进；
  • 3.参与各航线相关数据的系统及市场收集、信息整合及台账整理，编制经营情况报告，保障数据准确、更新及时；
  • 4.参与跨部门高效对接和沟通，确保各方信息同步及时，提升协同效率；
  • 5.参与公司多式联运运输供应商和代理的日常管理；
  • 6.协助内地调箱工作。
  • 7.完成上级交办的其他工作任务，并积极主动做好相关支持与衔接。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，国际航运/物流/经济/外贸等相关专业优先；
  • 2.大学英语四级及以上，六级优先，具有良好的中英文表达和书写能力；
  • 3.具有良好的沟通协调能力，熟练办公软件，做事细心严谨、有责任心、能快速熟悉市场，有较强的适应能力和抗压能力。
