About The Role
- 1.参与公司物流产品的设计与优化，涵盖滚装物流、多式联运、仓储配送、项目物流等产品的方案策划与迭代升级；
- 2.结合客户需求与航线、运力、港口、仓储等资源条件，规划端到端物流解决方案，编制物流服务方案与操作流程；
- 3.开展物流成本测算与报价支持，参与项目投标中物流方案部分的编制与优化；
- 4.跟踪研究物流市场动态与行业趋势（汽车物流、大宗商品物流、跨境物流等），定期输出市场分析与竞品分析报告；
- 5.协调船队、港口码头、仓储堆场、拖车等内外部资源，跟进物流方案的落地执行与运营质量改善；
- 6.负责物流运营数据的统计与分析，监控运营时效与服务质量，提出改善建议；
- 7.参与数字化物流平台的产品需求梳理与功能优化，推动物流业务数智化升级。
- 1.本科及以上学历，物流管理、物流工程、交通运输、国际航运、供应链管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先；
- 2.掌握物流与供应链管理基础知识，了解海运、多式联运、仓储配送等业务模式，对航运物流行业有浓厚兴趣；
- 3.具备较强的数据分析能力与逻辑思维能力，熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件，掌握Python、SQL等数据分析工具者优先；
- 4.英语水平达到CET-6及以上，具备良好的英文听说读写能力；
- 5.工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神与抗压能力；
- 6.有航运、物流、货代、供应链等相关实习经历者优先。
