About The Role
- 1.定期对接、拜访港口集团及口岸码头公司，收集港口营商环境、政策要求、业务发展方向等信息，做好港航业务信息同步；
- 2.参与国内外码头合作协议的业务洽谈、资料整理，配合完成协议签约、台账登记，跟踪监督协议落地执行情况；
- 3.对内协同相关部门，推进港航业务协同落地；
- 4.汇总港航对接业务数据，整理业务记录，编制业务相关统计、汇报材料；
- 5.做好码头协议、拜访记录、沟通纪要等资料归档管理，维护港航业务档案。
- 1.本科及以上学历，交通运输、航运管理、物流管理、国际经济与贸易、海事管理、商务英语类相关专业优先；
- 2.具有良好的英语读写能力，可阅读处理境外码头协议、外文业务资料；
- 3.能熟练掌握并使用日常办公软件，具备数据处理、报表制作能力，可梳理业务数据，完成台账统计与业务材料整理工作；
- 4.具有较强的抗压能力，踏实认真细致，有责任心，有耐心；
- 5.能够熟练掌握并使用日常办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT等)；
- 6.具有较好的公文撰写能力。
