About The Role

  • 2、大模型应用与Prompt设计：优化LLM在驾驶场景的回复风格、安全性与人格化表现。
  • 3、意图理解与消歧：建立驾驶场景意图分类体系，处理口语化、模糊指令，提升一次唤醒成功率。
  • 4、情感化交互设计：为语音助手设计情绪感知与反馈机制，实现类人关怀与幽默化解。
  • 5、数据驱动迭代：制定NPS、任务完成率等指标，通过A/B实验优化话术与策略。
  • 1、强同理心与场景想象力，能预判驾驶痛点；
  • 2、了解ASR/NLU/LLM基本原理及局限；
  • 3、熟练使用Axure/Figma绘制交互流程；
  • 4、优秀沟通能力，能用英文阅读前沿论文；
  • 5、热爱类人交互，深度体验主流语音助手。
