Lead on-site anomaly analysis and follow up on improvements
Conduct CPK analysis, TPI applications, and WE improvements
Optimize process SOPs and implement error-proofing for human error points
Draft the basic framework for PFMEA and Control Plan
Assist in fixture development, validation, and report writing
