Content Management Officer

About The Role
This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA’s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update NAFSA’s digital content across official platforms (website/CMS, social media channels, and internal communication platforms as assigned), ensuring timely publishing, accuracy, and adherence to approved messaging.
- Draft, edit, format, and schedule digital content (posts, announcements, web updates, FAQs, advisories, event content, internal updates) aligned with approved communication plans, content calendars, and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with SAPW/OW/CSW to translate technical and regulatory information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging while preserving accuracy; ensure required reviews/clearances are obtained prior to publishing.
- Maintain content calendars, publishing trackers, and structured archives of all published content (including approvals, source references, and versions) to ensure retrievability and record readiness.
- Monitor basic digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, sentiment indicators where available) and prepare periodic analytics summaries and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with communication protocols, confidentiality requirements, and crisis/risk communication escalation procedures for sensitive topics.
- Support coordination of multimedia content (infographics, short videos, banners, presentations) by preparing briefs, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and reviewing deliverables with vendors/outsourced firms as required.
- Support routine upkeep of digital assets and brand templates (logos, visual standards, approved imagery) and ensure consistent application across platforms.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Director (External/Internal Communications) or Director Communications consistent with NAFSA’s mandate.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s (minimum 16 years) in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
- Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant content management experience.
- Strong writing/editing skills and familiarity with social media and basic digital analytics.
- Ability to work with deadlines and approvals.
