Lean Intern – NextGen Talent Internship Program 2026

As a Lean Intern, you will support operational excellence initiatives within packaging areas and contribute to projects focused on productivity enhancement, lean implementation, and operational performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives and improve GPS score
• Participate in operational performance enhancement projects
• Assist in productivity and efficiency analysis
• Support data collection and reporting activities
• Collaborate with operations and production teams and sustian OEE productivity 
• Participate in improvement workshops and operational follow-ups

 

• 3rd or 4th year university student
• Background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in operations and continuous improvement
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
