Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, hospitality, and staff training to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for food safety, food production, and service standards
• Supervise and manage all food and beverage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas
• Oversee the planning and execution of menus, including pricing strategies and cost control measures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food production standards
• Conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Interview and train new staff members on food service protocols and customer interaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management or a related role
• Strong background in training development, supervising, and staff management
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and customers
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus
