About The Role
Role Summary
The job track is responsible for analyzing market and regulatory dynamics, translating stakeholder needs into structured solution requirements, and supporting data-driven product decisions that enhance portfolio relevance, delivery effectiveness, and measurable value realization
Functional Accountabilities
- Collect market and regulatory information to identify product opportunities, gaps, and emerging needs that inform product portfolio assessments and prioritization activities
- Research demand patterns, customer behaviors, and technology shifts to support analysis of drivers and opportunity spaces for new or enhanced product propositions
- Collect stakeholder inputs, strategic directives, and customer evidence to shape preliminary opportunity framing, value hypotheses, and key assumptions for business case development
- Prepare business case components by organizing feasibility, risk, cost, and benefit inputs in coordination with concerned stakeholders
- Support translation of strategic directives into analytical workplans by defining assessment scope, required data, timelines, and collaboration needs across involved stakeholders
- Collect detailed business needs from stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements supporting solution design and product enhancement initiatives
- Coordinate mapping of requirements into end-to-end functional workflows, documenting process steps, system interactions, and exception paths to guide subsequent solution design activities
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) by consolidating requirements, workflows, assumptions, and acceptance criteria, and maintaining traceability to originating stakeholder needs
- Coordinate preparation of prototypes or mock-ups with concerned stakeholders to validate feasibility, clarify expectations, and refine functionality before solution build activities
- Develop preliminary solution options that address technical, operational, and regulatory constraints, capturing pros, cons, and dependencies for structured stakeholder evaluation
- Support organization of stakeholder review sessions to test solution options, capture clarifications, and confirm agreement on preferred approaches and required refinements
- Implement agreed updates and documentation revisions arising from review sessions, ensuring requirements, workflows, and assumptions remain current and aligned with latest decisions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or any related field is required
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Certifications in CBAP or CCBA (IIBA), PMI-PBA, BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are optional
