Job Description

The Role

• 維護生產機台順利運作、提升設備稼動率、優化生產效率，確保產線不間斷
• Responsible for CMP filter production to ensure smooth operations, optimize equipment utilization , improve overall efficiency, and prevent production downtime.

In this role you will

• 每日生產設備及製程參數巡查 ， 確保工作環境安全 。
• 機台定期保養 、 異常故障排除與緊急應變之處理 。
• 持續改善製造流程 、 良率 使生產效率提升 。
• 專案管理 ， 導入新產品及自動化設備 、 建立標準操作程序文件 。
• 品質管理 ， 定期檢視 SPC 及稽核相關文件如 FMEA 及 SOP 。
• 承攬商作業管理 、 確認廠商施工作業符合安全衛生要求 。
• 主管交辦其他任務之執行 。
• Conduct daily inspections of production equipment and recipes to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot and handle emergency responses.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and yields to enhance production efficiency.
• Manage projects for new product introduction and automation cobots, and establish SOP.
• Manage quality by regularly reviewing SPC and ISO documents such as FMEA and WI.
• Manage contractors to ensure all onsite work complies with safety and health requirements.
• Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
