• 4-8 years of experience in the field of development of e-Learning courses, graphic designing,

job aids etc.

• Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines
• Good communication skill
• Proficient with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of other tools such as Lightroom, CorelDraw, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro

and Invision (or aptitude to pick up once exposed to new tools)

• Good exposure to e-Learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Vyond and so on.
• Ability to work with inputs provided by instructional designers or content writers, in the form

• of storyboards and design documents
