Role:- L2 Production Support
Job Description
Must have
- Production Support, min 1 year of experience in Java, UNIX, Oracle, PLSQL, SQL Server
- Ready to work in Shift (including night shift)
- SQL deployments,
- Web sphere deployments
- UNIX configuration,
- Communication Emails from client,
- User Requirement discussion Meeting,
- Shell scripting, Build Documentation,
- BAU Maintenance release and fix implementation,
- Status Updates to client and stakeholders,
- Database import/ export/ Clone
- Autosys Jobs scheduling,
- Create Service Now Change / Task
