Your Role
In your daily job you will
- Supervises task related activities in the team.
- Process governance & reporting of daily operation.
- Proactive and constant communication with management to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.
- Knowing and following the escalation path when needed (dispute or resolution).
- Needs to understand and control the entire process and ensure the team members are following processes correctly. Maintain one solid compliance working environment.(SOX and Aptiv policy)
- Responsible for developing and monthly tracking for all aspects of performance management: setting expectations/goals, observing, coaching, counselling, and giving rewards.
- Assist the RTR management in the preparation of Management reports, SLAs & KPIs, KPI Analysis.
- Motivates and persuades team to achieve common goals.
- Has the ability to deliver through managing people.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your
- Bachelor's degree required / Accounting/ Finance related background.
- 4-6 years of demonstrated work experience on RTR processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Working knowledge of ERP’s.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Data Analytics skills.
