About The Role
- Understand NCP’s business environment and objectives.
- Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
- Communicate and deliver information in a business context—both verbally and in writing—in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
- Understand and effectively utilize standard equipment, and software tools.
- Operate all required steps and activities for designated production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other applicable instructions.
- Possess knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as the standards and procedures established by NAPCO.
- Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect individuals and property, and to prevent market losses.
