Manager of Clinical Learning and Development - M-F Days (Full-Time)

The Manager of Clinical Learning & Development provides oversight and direction of clinical education programs across Adena Health System. The Manager acts as an instructor, facilitator, and evaluator. The Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical curriculum design, course development, and delivery. The Manager collaborates with system leadership to develop programs specific to clinical needs, such as EMR, clinical skills, and clinical standards. The Manager is responsible for leading the clinical education team to monitor competency programming and evaluation.
