Client Account Representative

As a Client Account Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact between our company and our clients. You will help support client accounts, understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure each interaction reflects the high level of service NextShining strives to deliver.

You will work closely with internal teams to maintain strong client relationships, assist with account-related requests, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
