Customer Care Assistant

ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Care Assistant to support customers with travel-related questions and requests. This is a remote position open to candidates in Baton Rouge, LA. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $22–$27/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided.

Duties

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Assist with travel and booking requests.
• Provide clear information about travel services.
• Help customers with itinerary changes.
• Update customer records and case notes.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from home.

Extra Skills (Optional)

• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
• Experience with CRM or support tools.
