Production Team Leader

1. Lead and supervise production operators on assigned production lines.
2. Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are met.
3. Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
4. Implement and maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and work procedures.
5. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to support production plans.
6. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
7. Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate production goals and performance results.
8. Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including productivity, quality, cost reduction, and waste elimination.

10.Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports.
