Job Description

Overview
The Project Manager oversees and manages the offline execution of all our client’s media supported ad campaigns. You will work closely with the Strategic Planning and Investment teams to develop cohesive and streamlined implementations. Project Managers work with client groups on a daily basis to effectively disseminate media plan specs and production information in a timely and efficient manner. A proven record of executing multiple campaigns across various platforms is a must for this position.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our client’s marketing departments and creative agency
Act as an internal advocate for the client’s program marketing team
Manage production timelines, creative assets, and specs simultaneously for multiple campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages that range from pre-planning to execution -
Develop and maintain constantly changing Copy Rotation excel document (i.e., daily and hourly updates) that details all offline media elements (i.e., Television, Radio, Print, OOH) -
Direct all aspects of the traffic and clearance process
Ma nage Production Budget chart for client groups
Work closely with Strategy & Investment teams on plan updates and/or creative asset issues
Troubleshoot execution issues with all departments internally and externally – materials, extensions, delays, copy issues, content requirements, traffic instructions, posting instructions, etc.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years agency and/or client services experience preferred - Possess strong organizational and project management skills Must exhibit extreme attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of the television industry (i.e., buying and clearance process)
- Production knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with media planning/buying
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong Excel skills required
- Confident and polite demeanor
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or project management tool (i.e. Asana).

 $50,000 - $95,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
