About The Role
- Responsible for providing administrative support, serving as the main resource for organization of client services for occupational health program. Oversees client protocols and assists employers with on-site occupational health services.
Education
- Associates degree required, or
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience working in a medical or healthcare environment
Licenses and Certification
- DOT/BAT Trainer and Collector Certified
Experience and Skills
- Technical Experience: 3-5 years healthcare experience
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Serves as the main resource for on-site client services.
- Assists manager in achieving strategic performance goals and financial performance.
- Coordinates on-site scheduling for occupational health clients; Establish and set schedules according to client needs of all Occupation Med Tech staff.
- Devise forms for department and update existing forms in use.
- Assists department manager with networking events by updating client data base preparing marketing packets, written correspondence and surveys
- Monitor on a weekly basis list of targeted businesses.
- Update clients regarding occupational health service lines
- Collaborate with department manager to expand client base and improve services.
- Oversees client protocols and assists employers/client as needed.
- Manages random consortium for employers and generates notification letters per DOT standards.
- Prepares and organizes employer health fair agendas and materials.
- Assists with quotes and proposals for services as directed by manager
- Maintains database of targeted businesses to market services.
- Collaborates with other departments as needed.
- Coordinate requests to assist an improvement and expansion of program.
- Track patient/client satisfaction through client service calls, surveys and resolve serve matters.
- Completes department audits weekly and is responsible for assisting with meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.
