•Responsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Education

•Associate’s degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant

Licenses and Certification

• •Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545)
• •BLS

Experience and Skills

•Technical Experience: N/A

Role Specific Responsibilities

• •Implements Plan of Care
• •Measures and communicates progress towards goals
• •Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
• •Provides supervision to rehab techs and students

Inpatient

•Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines

Compensation (Commensurate with experience)
