Close Protection Officer - UHNWI

Close Protection Officer – UHNWI | Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Close Protection Officer to provide discreet and professional security support to a prominent UHNWI and their family in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong military/security background , excellent physical fitness, and proven experience working within UHNW environments. The role also requires the ability to coordinate security and fleet operations locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide discreet and vigilant close protection to the principal and family.
• Coordinate security personnel and fleet operations in Dubai and during international travel.
• Conduct advance work and detailed risk assessments before the principal's arrival at destinations.
• Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate preventative measures.
• Escort the principal and family during daily activities, travel, school runs, shopping and other engagements.
• Travel internationally with the principal as required.
• Assist with travel logistics, luggage and other reasonable support requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise the existing security team.
• Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high professional standards.
• Support with occasional errands and administrative/logistical tasks as required.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and professional presentation.

Requirements

• Military or equivalent high-level security/protection background.
• Proven experience in close protection for UHNWIs, VIPs or prominent individuals .
• Experience coordinating security teams and fleet operations .
• Experience conducting advance work and security risk assessments.
• EU, UK or US passport holder.
• Age: 32–40 years.
• Excellent physical fitness and well-built physique.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the principal.

Desirable

• Martial arts/self-defence training.
• Defensive driving experience.
• International security experience.
• Previous experience working within a private household or UHNW environment.
• Experience training or managing security personnel.
