What you will do

  • Direct subcontractor and consultant performance to meet specific engineering project timelines.
  • Ensure the department's QESH management system conforms to strict ISO standards.
  • Report on system and department performance metrics directly to corporate top management.

Experience you need

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of architectural management experience in civil construction.
  • Ability to work independently with strong site coordination and communication skills.
  • MIEM qualification or registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status is preferred.

  • Currently working as an Architectural Lead, Coordinator, or Manager within construction.
  • Experienced in managing sub-contractors and technical consultants on active developments.
  • Focused on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and construction design verification.
