Off Plan Property Consultant

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and looking for experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing operation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate , strong sales skills and the ability to work with fresh leads and investment-focused clients.

Dubai-based candidates only. Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers and new property launches
• Proven sales track record
• Experience working with fresh leads and investor clients
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client acquisition and conversion skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 50%–60% commission structure
