Job Description

• 1.協助業務報價與接單：
• -根據標準作業流程（SOP）協助業務準備報價單，並回覆客戶基本問題。
• 2.訂單與排程協調：
• -跟進客戶訂單，協助排產、備料與出貨時程安排，確保產品如期交付。
• 3.物流與出貨追蹤：
• -協助規劃物流路線，追蹤出貨進度，處理庫存異常與退貨事宜，確保物流順暢。
• 4.客戶資料與帳款管理：
• -申請及維護客戶基本資料，協助追蹤客戶信用狀況與帳款催收，確保貨款按時入帳。
• 5.文件與報表製作：
• -協助製作出貨、樣品、量產等相關文件，彙整並輸入FCST資料至MRP系統，產出客製化報表。
• 6.跨部門協作：
• -在資深同事指導下，協調製造、倉儲、財務等部門，解決生產與出貨過程中的問題。
• 7.客戶關係維護：
• -定期聯繫客戶日常窗口，回報銷售進度，蒐集市場與競爭資訊，支援業務團隊贏得新案。
