Job Description

1. 1. Production Process Design and Optimization:

• Analyze existing production processes and propose improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency.
• Design and implement new production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

1. Production Equipment and Tool Management:

• Evaluate and ensure an appropriate quantity of production equipment and tools to guarantee smooth production operations.

1. Production Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and issues in the production process.
• Prepare production improvement reports, providing data support to optimize production processes.

1. Quality Control and Improvement:

• Analyze the interaction between quality issues and production processes, propose and implement improvement measures.

1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
• Participate in new product introduction processes, providing industrial engineering support and recommendations.

1. Employee Training and Guidance:

• Guide production line employees to ensure they are familiar with and adhere to production processes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve technical issues in the production process.
