Role Purpose

Lead delivery of the commercial plan across a multi-state geography, driving volume, share, and ROS through distributor and customer leadership.

Experience

12–15+ years commercial experience in FMCG / beverage alcohol
Proven leadership of multiple states or large regional P&L
Extensive experience with distributor management and 3-tier systems
Demonstrated success in key account or national customer leadership
Strong track record of leading senior level teams
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ownership of regional P&L, trade investment, demand forecasting, ROI, and resource allocation decisions that drive volume, share, ROS, and profitable growth.

Background

Strong exposure to both On and Off Premise channels
Experience leading through organizational change / transformation
Track record of building high-performing teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related)
MBA or advanced degree preferred
