Remote Client Success Coordinator

Dust to Dazzle Maids is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in East Texas, operating since 1982. We're hiring a full-time, remote Client Success Coordinator to run day-to-day operations inside our CRM (Jobber). This is a customer-facing role — you'll be scheduling jobs, processing invoices, sending quotes, and talking directly with our clients by phone, text, and email. You'll also help retain and grow accounts through upselling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage technician and customer appointments in Jobber
• Process invoices and handle billing questions
• Build and send quotes to new and existing clients
• Handle inbound customer service calls, texts, and emails
• Proactively follow up with clients to retain service and prevent cancellations
• Identify and pitch upsell opportunities (add-on services, upgraded packages)

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience using Jobber — required, please don't apply without this
• Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be the voice of our company to US customers
• Strong customer service instincts — friendly, patient, solution-oriented
• Comfortable making upsell conversations feel natural, not pushy
• Reliable high-speed internet, working headset, quiet work environment
• Available to work Monday–Friday during US Central Time business hours

Pay & Payment

• Starting rate: $10/hr, full-time
• Upsell bonus opportunities — earn extra for closed upsells and add-on services
• Paid via Wise
