Vendor Partnership Manager

- The company is a small international team working in the iGaming industry, focused on software development and content aggregation.
- The team cooperates with multiple game providers and supports international projects, building long-term partnerships and scalable cooperation models.
About the Role
- The Partnership Manager is responsible for building, developing, and managing relationships with game content providers.
- The role combines vendor management, negotiations, coordination of cross-functional processes, and representation of the company in external communications.
- This position suits an independent, communicative professional who enjoys dynamic environments, negotiations, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management, partnership management, account management, or sales roles.
- Candidates from other industries are suitable; iGaming / gambling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage the full partnership cycle from negotiations to ongoing cooperation.
- Strong negotiation skills and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in dynamic situations.
- Strong communication skills and professional business etiquette.
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail.
- English - proficient; Russian - native.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with game content providers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and performance.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: negotiations, contract signing, integrations, and ongoing cooperation.
- Coordinate external processes related to providers, including legal, technical, and commercial aspects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: Integrations, Technical, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Account Management, Sales.
- Handle multiple parallel negotiations and tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Represent the company externally and communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with partners.
- Maintain open dialogue and confidently articulate both the company’s position and personal reasoning.
- Fully remote work format.
