About The Role

Job requirements
Experience Range: With 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in testing web applications and microservices, including contact center and telephony solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications, microservices, and contact center implementations.
Create and maintain risk-based test plans and regression packs to ensure robust coverage of critical functionalities.
Perform API contract and payload testing using Postman and SoapUI, validating integration points and data exchange accuracy.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Conduct ETL and data mapping testing, including validation of legacy-to-SaaS migrations, reconciliation, and PII handling.
Execute performance and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities, enhancing system reliability and compliance.
Manage defect triage, track issue resolution, and deliver actionable quality reports to stakeholders.
Automate test cases and QA reports using tools such as Selenium and Jenkins for field-to-field validation across integrated systems.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
Certification in Selenium, Postman, or relevant test automation tools
