About The Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support a growing healthcare-focused organization. This position will assist with marketing campaigns, content development, digital marketing, market research, events, and day-to-day marketing operations.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic marketing professional who can manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, and other channels.
  • Coordinate project timelines, marketing materials, deliverables, and internal approvals.
  • Track campaign activities and assist with reporting on performance and results.
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to support marketing initiatives.

Content & Communications

  • Create and edit marketing materials, including email communications, social media content, articles, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation across marketing communications.
  • Support internal communications and promotional initiatives.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist with website content updates and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support email marketing programs, including audience lists, content development, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with social media scheduling, engagement monitoring, and audience development.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and reach.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Research industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and market developments.
  • Organize and analyze marketing information to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing databases, reports, and dashboards.
  • Assist with tracking marketing performance and preparing presentations or reports.

Events & Conferences

  • Assist with planning and coordination of conferences, trade shows, webinars, meetings, and customer events.
  • Coordinate event materials, logistics, communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide onsite support at events as needed.
  • Assist with lead tracking and evaluating event results.

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate marketing materials, vendors, and project documentation.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, and other administrative activities.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing projects and assets.
  • Support the marketing team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience preferred.
  • Relevant internship experience will be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–30% of the time for conferences, meetings, and other business activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, or social media analytics.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical products, B2B, or another regulated industry.
