Switchboard Operator

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the Mt. Olive, New Jersey MARS Location.
• Distributing visitor badges, directing visitors and guests
• Ensuring compliance with Security and general office policies and protocols-recognizing and escalating exceptions
• Receiving various one-off deliveries
• Answering a multiple-line phone, taking messages/transferring calls
• Performing supporting administrative and miscellaneous day to day tasks.
• Good communication and Problem Solving Skills

Strong Command of the English Language

• Prior Reception experience desired
• Basic office PC skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc)
• Ability to multi task

Neat and Professional Appearance

• Professional and approachable demeanor
• Previous Switchboard experience helpful but not necessary
