Job Description

1. Import and Export Customs Declaration:

• Prepare and submit customs declaration documents for import and export goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Handle relevant documents such as import/export permits and inspection and quarantine certificates.

1. Customs Regulations Compliance:

• Understand and comply with the latest customs regulations and policies to ensure the legality of company goods.
• Communicate with customs officials to resolve issues during the customs declaration process.

1. Logistics Coordination:

• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics companies to arrange the transportation and delivery of goods.
• Monitor the transportation status of goods to ensure timely delivery.

1. Problem Solving:

• Handle unexpected issues in the import and export process, such as cargo detention or document errors.
• Analyze and improve customs declaration processes to enhance efficiency.

1. Data Management:

• Maintain the database of import and export goods to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare reports and provide statistical analysis of import and export goods.

1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Work with supply chain management, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth customs declaration processes.
• Provide professional advice to support company decision-making.
