Roles and responsibilities

Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and schedule inquiries .
Handle customer requests regarding flight cancellations and changes .
Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, booking policies, and travel-related services .
Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions based on airline policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
Deliver a positive customer experience through clear, courteous, and effective communication.
No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
At least 6 months BPO experience
Familiarity with Amadeus GDS is a PLUS
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working in shifting schedules
