Outbound CSR

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Calls facilities for tests that were submitted with incorrect billing codes to obtain correct billing codes

Job Description

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
• Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Experience handling a healthcare account is a PLUS
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts
