About The Role

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Sourcing corporate clients within and outside the area.
Generates leads through telemarketing, online searches, network, fieldwork etc.
Client visits to introduce the company and product.
Schedules and product presentations and demonstrations to clients as needed.
Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of accounts receivable (AR) 30 days past due.
Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.
Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted on time.
Handle all complaints promptly and thoroughly.
Monitoring and approval of branch expenses.
Reporting to higher management the branch performances once a month.
Disseminate information from higher management to employees and vice versa
Monitoring of RMA.
· Approval of all branch transactions.
Graduate of BSIT or any related course
With 3-5 years’ experience as Corporate Sales Manager
People Management & Leadership skills
With exposure in handling Corporate / B2B Transaction
With experience in the IT Industry
