Your Role
- You will be supervising the Resource team to ensure contractual performance indicators and customer service standards are achieved.
- You will be managing staffing levels, creating rotas and supporting training and development through performance reviews.
- Oversight of CAFM system and implementing allocation
- You will be ensuring calls, emails and customer requests are actioned in line with Resource procedures and required timescales.
- You will be monitoring team performance, conducting call quality reviews and providing regular feedback to staff.
- You will be producing reports, maintaining Resource systems and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- You will be building effective relationships with customers, contractors and internal teams while supporting out-of-hours operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: You will hold GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: You will have proven supervisory experience within a helpdesk environment, the ability to work to targets and deadlines, experience using Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
- Skills: You will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to lead, motivate and develop a team while maintaining high standards of performance.
