Sumário

Estagiário para atuar na parte administrativa do Programa Formare Thales Barueri. Irá se relacionar com alunos do programa, colaboradores da empresa que atuem como Educadores Voluntários.

Principais Responsabilidades

Controle de pagamentos (Alunos, Fornecedores, Eventos);
Agendamento de aulas (Enviar convites – Via Outlook);
Acompanhar preenchimento do SGE;
Controle de presença (Estudantes);
Suporte (Educadores Voluntários e Coordenação);
Controle / arquivo de documentação (Documentos pessoais, atestados e declarações)
Atendimento às demandas diárias de Educadores Voluntárioss e alunos

Qualificações

Cursando Administração, Pedagogia, Psicologia e areas correlatas
Inglês básico.
