Job Summary

This position is responsible for the development and delivery of a digital communications strategy for one or more audience segments (member, employer, broker, or employee) which supports the enterprise business plan. Implementing the determined strategy; handling the day-to-day operations of the digital communications development and delivery team;. And ensure realization of anticipated benefits can perform job with little or no oversight or guidance from manager. Considered expert and/or go-to person for outbound digital channels.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience of diverse business and technology experience understanding of the business and industry the technology is supporting OR usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies OR electronic marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and integrated marketing strategies OR in a web production environment.
• Understand the limitations of the platform when designing new features and enhancements.
• Knowledge of current and emerging digital communications related technologies (i.e., Web 2.0)
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership or Supervisory and problem-solving skills.
• Personnel management and staff development skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Project planning skills ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Experience in building working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Experience utilizing MS Office Products.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Informatics.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization, tagging and source codes.
• Health insurance, healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets or similar content management system/digital asset manager

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

• $61,500.00 - $136,100.00
• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
