Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team, providing essential support in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude in assisting with procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently create purchase orders and other procurement-related documents.
• Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and organize procurement records, databases, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist the finance team with vendor and supplier payments.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, ensuring smooth operations.
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an advantage.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
