- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 4–6 engineers, building a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Own and continuously improve the delivery rhythm of your feature team, from scoping and design to shipping and QA.
- Design and implement the processes, rituals, and best practices that will help us scale sustainably, partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring.
