About The Role

Join our Cloud Success Insights Team as a Lead Insights Analyst. In this high-visibility role, you will deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to empower Cloud Leaders in driving key programs within Customer Success. You will conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses, build predictive models, and translate complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for executives. This position requires 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field, and expertise in a major visualization tool and SQL queries.

  • Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions, and build predictive models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to explain performance drivers, and translate complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for executives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success and Cloud leadership, and own projects end-to-end, from problem framing through executive presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in variance analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience (extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience will be considered)
  • Strong track record of ad-hoc analysis, deep-dive analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting
  • Proven business partnering skills — experience acting as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams
  • Excellent executive presentation skills — able to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable stories
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across varying levels of seniority
  • A curious, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to mentor junior analysts
  • 7–10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
  • Expertise in a major visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Extensive experience writing complex SQL queries
  • This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position
  • Direct experience (2+ years) in data engineering
  • Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist/Professional)
  • Experience working with cloud data sources
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and applying AI to analytics work
