Senior Staff Product Manager (Contract)

Join our team as a Contract Senior Staff Product Manager, where you will drive the definition, delivery, and adoption of new product features and ecosystem integrations. You will be responsible for leading our next-gen deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing our customers. This is a full-time contractor position from October through the end of February, with a focus on the rapidly expanding PtaaS space.

• 8+ years experience in Product Management and 3+ years experience in cybersecurity tools (vulnerability management or offensive security platforms), with a demonstrated ability to discover new opportunities and then define and deliver products. Experience in fast-growing software companies is a plus
• Strong customer and stakeholder empathy. You must not only be the voice of the customer but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, sales and customer success. You must be able to channel many points of view
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences, with a talent for building empathy for user problems
• Experience working with global team members (This team is a global team)
• Strong technical and product communication skills: Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear documentation, user guides, and release notes tailored to both technical developers and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with core cybersecurity tooling (e.g., DAST/SAST scanners, vulnerability management systems, or pentest workflow platforms). Articulate how security teams utilize these tools to identify, prioritize, and remediate risk, understanding the "why" behind the tooling workflow beyond simple API integrations
• Experience with agile software development
• Strong analytical capabilities is a plus
• Strong technical skills - you can work alongside customers to help debug and improve our integration offerings
• A can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation and data-driven product decision-making
• Full-time availability for the duration of the contract. You must be able to commit to full-time hourly coverage from October through the end of February, with no planned extended absences or vacations during the contract period (excluding recognized company holiday’s)
